Great hotel, quiet, clean and comfortable beds and room. Staff was friendly. Great location, central to uptown and lower
Manhattan. 1 block to the subway. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are big!! The Smith across the street has wonderful food. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!!

Loved this property! Suite was specious and comfortable. Cleanliness is priority and non negotiable to us when traveling and this facility met our standards. We had a minor issue but management was supportive and quick to provide a solution for us. Overall, it was a wonderful and safe place to stay. The staff was kind, and the concierge was most helpful !

Spacious and clean room in the great NOMAD area. Our first stay in New York it was very convenient to the subway with lots of good bars and restaurants around.

Many hotels in NYC seem to impose excessive charges, a particularly striking fact given that NYC itself presents a challenging environment. My circumstances necessitated finding a hotel as a prerequisite for a cruise. With 15 years of prior residency in the area, I selected this particular hotel with deliberation. My choice proved satisfactory; the hotel is both clean and spacious. However, the broader context outside of NYC is markedly chaotic, and there's a palpable sense of despondency among the local residents.
