Millennium Premier New York Times Square Reviews

I been there for my fiance' birthday night. Actually, we book at this Millenium hotel but when we check in they move us to the another building which is also Millenium but the problem is we didn't get our breakfast at that hotel. The worst feeling ever after paying 300+ USD.

The best location near time square and Broadway theatres. It's a calm boutique hotel. Reception lady at fhe front office very professionnal , you feel like a VIP.

Arrived very late, the lady at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Also on our last night helped us tremendously as far as transportation to the airport since there were road closures due to a parade We were able to get a car right at our door and not have to use a taxi nor other! They know how to treat their guests. Room was very clean!

The location is great. The entrance is hard to find, but it's clean and the value for money is good.

It's old, the toilet sink is too difficult to drain, and the noise is very loud. For this price, I can only give it a bad review!

This is not the Millennium, it is its express hotel, please pay attention

We enjoyed our entire day from beginning to end. We had trouble with the drain in the bathtub and that was fixed immediately. Whatever we needed we were able to get. The only part was when we checked in it was 10 o’clock in the morning and they stated the room would not be ready till 4 PM, however, it was ready by 2 PM which was very, thankful for us. We enjoyed our stay, and we will be back again again and again.

We had a terrible experience. We flew in from Paris to NYC only to find out the hotel cancelled our reservation without saying anything for a supposedly declined credit card. We had a confirmation email. The hotel was fully booked so we ended up booking another hotel at 11:30pm after an 8h flight.

It was, "Meh!?". Premiere side was next to the Times Square side, separated by the Hudson Theater. The rooms are more spacious than the Times Square rooms, & more recently renovated, but....in the process of the renovation, they failed to put in accessible & usable outlets, especially in the living area (which had the TV). The big Samsung was fed by an Enseo set top box (like Roku for hotels). Trouble was, I think the outlet for the Enseo was on the master switch, so when on wanted to watch without the lights on, particularly the halogen spotlight over the "welcome" shelf, it turned off the Enseo. Bummer. Also, on the Premiere side, there was no cool air conditioning. Even if the cooling was selected, the fan blew out warm air. As it was 70 in NYC, with the sun shining in the room, there was no relief. Fortunately the mechanic got us a fan.

Overall friendly staff, besides to front Desk staff they really need to improve their customer service Great location in the middle of Times Square, close to subway stations, food options everywhere around, Walking distance to Bryant Park, NY Public Library, Radio City Music Hall, SUMMIT, Grand Central Station.
