The bed mattress was so sagging that my back hurt.
There was no single-use cup in the shared kitchen area.
There was only one cup available.
The location was good, but the door lock was broken. The handle was bad.
No wifi was really disappointing.
This is something I can't even imagine in Korea.

The ventilation is not good, the sound insulation is average, but the privacy is good, and it is cheap. The bed sheets are changed by yourself, which is basically self-service

I think it's the cheapest accommodation in Manhattan. I don't know about the other rooms, but it was great that it was a private room. However, the ceiling is open and sound travels quickly, so you need to be careful about the noise.
It's great for the price, so I recommend it! I'll definitely stay here again if I'm traveling alone next time.
