The hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in this area a couple times over the years because it is close to family in Brooklyn. This year the regular hotel I use was unavailable but luckily I found Tru.
Upon checking in I was warmly welcomed and quickly was up to my room.
The room set up was perfect for my needs with a nice desk space for work. The bathroom was huge and very clean.
The staff was so helpful and friendly, I will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Brooklyn.

The hotel is in a quiet place. Upon arrival we were checked in immediately, we didn't have to wait. There is even a shower head. Fresh and good repair. We recommend this hotel to everyone.
