Avoid room 3210 on the top floor, or any room ending in 10, because that means it's between two elevators, and the elevator noise lasts a long time being loud, and the air conditioner is noisy, but it's okay to sleep with it off. Overall it was ok and worth the price, it's only £450 for four nights in this location and you can't ask for more.

We had an excellent stay at the Delta Marriott Hotel in New York City. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities, making it a comfortable retreat after a busy day in the city.
The on-site dining options were superb, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to different tastes. We particularly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and safety, which made us feel at ease during our entire stay.
Overall, we highly recommend the Delta Marriott Hotel for anyone visiting NYC. It offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the city.

The receptionists looked a little bit lost, didn't say much about the surroundings or what services they offer. They just gave us the key to the room and that was it.
The room was spacious and looked exactly like the one in the picture.
The location was fantastic - the new york times is in a 3 min walking distance, you'll need around 7 min to times square.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from subway station and bus terminal. So access to various destinations is easy and simple. Th hotel building is 32 floors with 10 rooms per floor with a decent surface. Elevators are in 2 columns and 1 room (number finishing by 10) is stuck between the 2 elevators columns: noisy with constant move of the elevators. Better to avoid that room! The building has been refurbished and the rooms have been modernized but not at the best with noisy individual air-conditioning devices....The check in is particularly weird as you will be requested to produce a deposit that must be with a physical credit card : visa or master card.... no ApplePay, no Union Pay, no virtual Visa or Master card.... even if you paid in advance the used virtual card will be refused .... very weird policy and absolutely without practical justification. Situation is repeating and staff is not demonstrating goodwill to help clients.... The hotel is supposed to be under Marriott brand..... apparently if the name is there the services are not arrived yet! Not recommended obviously!

Disappointed, room key did not work at first had to go back to reception. En-suite sink had brown water took over an hour for maintenance to come ‘resolve’. en-suite barn door came off rail and I dropped on my foot when trying to fix it. The barn door had a poor quality mirror all wavy reflection hard to use. Wanted to treat my self to room service in pyjamas but they asked me to come down to reception to collect food even though I spent a small fortune. Room service food was so expensive! And I was told I had “included breakfast” until I went to the breakfast in the morning and they said no. Also a $250 incidental charge which I still have not seen returned. Also there was a fire alarm during one of the nights. Would not recommend or stay again.
