Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

The facilities in the room are very new and clean. The air conditioner fan is a bit noisy at night, but everything else is good. The breakfast is also very good. It is very close to the subway entrance, which makes travel very convenient.
