The Jewel Hotel

Times Square
The hotel is in the city center, good location. It is convenient to go to various attractions in New York. But the facilities are a bit old. The bed is not very comfortable, too soft. It sunk in the middle.

No breakfast, the room is small but very quiet and clean. It is enough to stay in a business trip. Some old-fashioned restaurants in New York don't know how much to clean. It is also very convenient to go out. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk from the Central Railway Station.

Stayed at Club Quarters hotel for a weekend, hotel was very clean but the highlight of the trip was Joanne at the front desk, she was so helpful with everything from recommending places to eat and places to go. Joanne was spot on with everything she recommended. I would come back just to have the pleasure of seeing Joanne again!!!! All hotels should be as lucky to have an employee like her.
Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center

Wall Street/Financial District
I was asked to provide a credit card when we arrived during check-in. The receptionist told me I had to deposit 130 $ with the hotel. As I have problems with my credit card, I offered to pay cash 130 $. The receptionist rejected it. When I asked why 130 $ money was worse than 130 $ on my credit card, he explained that actually, the hotel wanted more than 130$. When I asked why he lied to me in the first place, he didn't answer. Then I said I would like to get to my room as I had already paid for it. The answer was that I would not get the key to my room, and this was it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me he was the manager. Finally, when I asked for a person to whom the receptionist reports, he said he would be the following day, but he couldn't give me an exact time. As I was traveling with 10-year-old child, I gave him my problematic credit card, hoping that I would avoid problems and get a key in return. When I asked questions about the hotel, he ignored me and turned to the next guess. So I got a key, but I know nothing about the hotel, facilities etc. ”Great service”. I regret I made that choice.
Park Terrace Hotel

I felt very small when I first entered the room, but it was strange. The experience was getting better and better. The room was really small, but the details were very good. The system is also more advanced than most hotels in the United States, and the air-conditioning panel has strong feedback, but the only thing I feel a little regret is that even in the premium room, the bed is only Queen size. But intimately, the sofa next to it can be adjusted into a single sofa bed. Location Needless to say, Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park are convenient for going to Manhattan. The hotel is new and the staff at the front desk looks superb. Ask a question, the number of hotel rooms should be large, breakfast needs to be lined up, the elevator needs to wait for a while, and the hotel facilities need to be improved. If you are very concerned about the size of the room, you don't need to choose this hotel. The 32 square meters mentioned by Ctrip does not exist at all. There is no introduction of square meters on their own website. I don't know where Ctrip's 32 square meters come from, which is false information. Summary: small, exquisite, new, good location; Ctrip and Ctrip's agents are very unreliable! !! !!

My husband’s first time in NYC and he said it was the best time ever starting with our accommodations. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. We were on a high floor so we had no problem getting up and out.
