The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf Light Rail Station. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a literary atmosphere. The room is clean and spacious, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, making it very comfortable to sleep. The service at the counter was very good. They proactively helped us upgrade our room type. We requested 2 more pillows per room, which were also delivered to the room very quickly. The breakfast had many types and tasted very good. Because it was the weekend, there were many guests and the food was replenished quickly. It was a very good accommodation experience and I will choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is far from the MRT station, but there are many bus stops around the hotel. The front desk girls are nice. 👍🏻 The space of the lift is very small that can only carry two people with two suitcases. There was quite dirty in the bathroom, a lot of hairs on the ground and in the bathtub and the exhaust fan was not work at all.😰 At the check out day we got a call on 10:40am that to remind us need to check out at 11am......

Room is quite large than expect, the hotel has onsen and fitness room but it open at 2 pm which is a little bit weird for people who want to exercise in the morning, some amenities have to ask in the front desk. But over all is ok. The price for new year period is ridiculous expensive even the hotel is very far from the city, anyway you can get the bus in front the hotel and there is 7-11 next to.

I think the best way to put it is that it’s not your vocational hotel it’s more for stop point or working through cities hotel where it values practically and budget for suitable for work or students…I choose the smallest room but honestly personally as long as I have a clean bed which provide me a high quality sleeping that’s all a care…. If you own a locomotive or motorcycle…finding a park is living hell…I spend over 30 min trying to find a spot and failed…if you own a car then they can a car parking ground

I liked that the check-out time was 12:00, so I could take my time. You can easily get to Taipei by train, although you need to transfer. The location is straight from the station and next to the night market, so you can enjoy Taiwan until late. There is also a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven next door, so it was convenient.

The room is big and the layout is beautiful! The equipment is also very complete, with facial cleanser included. Due to environmental protection policies, disposable items are not provided. There is also a vending machine on the first floor of the museum for purchase, which is very considerate! The bathroom has a separate shower area and a bathtub. The bathtub is very beautiful ~ couples can take a bath together!

This hotel has no heating and air-conditioning facilities. It was cold and rainy. The room with the large window was really damp and cold, and even the duvet was in a mess. It’s really not warm when it’s covered with it! Although the customer service staff at the front desk asked for another duvet to be sent over, the two duvets were pressed against my body and were actually quite heavy! In addition, the wardrobe switches in the room make noise (old), but you can put some anti-noise stickers on them to reduce the noise! Moreover, the door opening and closing of the neighbor next door also makes a loud noise, which is a bit of a fly in the ointment! The room is of medium size, and the bathroom and toilet are spacious. You can use a bathtub and a separate shower room. The headlight switch in the room I stayed in was faulty. There are side lamps and two bedside lamps to supplement the light. Fewer sockets. Two bottles of mineral water are provided for each room. The above is the experience of this stay

Second time staying here, in general it was a good stay. Good location, near MRT, lots of food options and got a convenience store right across the hotel. The room is spacious, outdated design but still comfortable. The lighting is dark I would say for both aisle and the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Great option in Taipei! Loved breakfast and coffee/snacks available during the day. The lobby/balcony area was nice to hangout. Location is a bit out of the way from main sights - but everything in Taipei is far away, so we were actually close to the metro to connect and also used buses, which were great too - so it worked fine!
