New Taipei City Banqiao District Hotels

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10days and 9nights. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and large, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The front desk even had a luggage scale available, which was really convenient for travel preparations. The hotel's location is excellent, it's surrounded by convenience stores like Family Mart and small shopping malls, with easy access to both the metro and bus stops, making it perfect for getting around the city. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back again.

The hotel is abt 10 to 12 mins walk from the Banqiao mrt station. There was a message frm the hotel informing me that there was some construction going on till the end of august but i didnt hear any sound of construction with my stay there. I was able to unwind and relax on my stay. The bed is very comfy and room very clean. I love the peppermint shampoo. My stay comes with breakfast, food was ok , i dont usually eat rice in the morning but when i tried their truffle mushroom rice with white sauce , i got stuck i went back for a second serving. Over all my stay was great.

I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with. Cons: 1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious. When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all. 2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton. Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests.

The staffs are accommodating and very friendly, the hotel room and facilities are very clean and comfortably to stay. The ambiance of the our room is amazingly nice viewing. Also, the hotel is convenient to all places in Taiwan, near in food market places and shopping malls as well. We’re definitely going back and will choose this hotel again with our family. Highly recommended for travelers and family who wants to celebrate their gatherings cause the atmosphere is greatly amazing!

The equipment and environmental sanitation meet my requirements, but the booking fee on the platform is actually more expensive than that at the counter. I don’t know why.

I always choose Yueke Business Hotel every time I come here. A room of 20 square meters is considered comfortable in the northern region. There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel, but it is not difficult to find parking spaces around it. Moreover, breakfast is included in this price, which is really a high CP value.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Although there were a few minor hiccups, the overall experience was excellent. The location, transportation, and customer service all exceeded my expectations. Although it's located in an older commercial building, it was a little difficult to find the first time. As for whether other customers consider these points to be advantages or disadvantages, that's a matter of opinion! But from my perspective, the overall experience was quite good. 👍👍👍

I am very satisfied with the bathtub in the room, but there is really a big lack of soundproof facilities. Even the fireproof material should be considered for commercial hotel use. No matter whether the guests are in the aisle, in the room tea room, talking on the bed, blowing hair can hear the sound, It is particularly clear that there are guests who have a 3-hour break in the hotel business project. Obviously, who will have a 3-hour break? Especially in the early morning, what is being said is clear, it is very, very unfair for the guests who stay, and it also makes the hotel not standard. Since there is such a service, should the sound insulation equipment be better, so that you want to earn any money, but there is no quality. Please think deeply, especially suggest that you don't live with children ❌

The hotel is located next to the main road, a few hundred meters away from the Jiangzicui MRT station. It is very convenient to enter and exit. There are restaurants nearby. Although the rooms are small, they are quite clean. The management and customer service are polite. They say hello every time they come in and out. Very friendly.
