New Taipei City Xinzhuang District Hotels

Wrong information about shuttle bus and size of bed. We have to call them and they said that trip.com put the wrong information. It seems it still there when we extended our stay in this hotel.

Staying in this hotel really exceeded my expectations! As soon as you enter the door, you are attracted by the decoration of the lobby. It is elegant and designed, and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. From the moment you check-in, you feel that you are being well taken care of. Especially the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, which is really considerate. The bed in the room is very comfortable and the pillows are just right soft and hard, making sleeping a pleasure. The scenery outside the window is also very beautiful, especially when I open the curtains at night and see the night view of the city, I instantly feel that this trip is more worthwhile. The breakfast buffet bar is also a highlight. There are so many choices that I was hesitant. Every dish was delicious, especially the local snacks, which impressed me deeply. The location is also a big advantage. There are convenience stores and several popular restaurants within a few steps, which is really convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay this time. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to this city!

The overall environment feels clean and comfortable. No odor or smoke smell. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and is a ********* specialty. The front desk staff was polite and patient. I forgot to bring the charging cable, but I didn’t expect to be able to borrow one. What a surprise! The location is convenient and fits the simple environment I want to live in.

Very close to the MRT station! It’s a unique hotel with a garage for every room. Similar to a parking garage but with hotel rooms! Great jacuzzi as well~

When I went there, I found that it was upstairs in the restaurant different from what I thought. The equipment is very young and spring is an old hotel Super dumbfounded The cp value is very low, it is not recommended and will not go again in the future

First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Totally made my holiday when they upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was huge, clean and full of amenities. The rooftop pool was nice. Location sits right in the middle of multiple shopping malls and close to Banqiao MRT. Staff were extremely helpful. Thank you for the amazing time and no place I’d rather stay the next time I’m in Taipei.

I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with. Cons: 1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious. When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all. 2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton. Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests.

Nice hotel, great location, plenty of food choices nearby and close to the MRT/train/High speed rail station. The room is clean, might not be very spacious for 2 persons but more than enough for a solo traveller. I love some design details such as mirrors are perpendicular to the bed and bathtub, smart toilet and how they put the amenities. Overall a great stay for short periods.
