New Taipei City Xinzhuang District Hotels

Easiest to get to from Taoyuan Airport. Value for money and a great launchpad to explore rest of Taipei if you are in Taipei for quite a few days. Hotel is relatively new and rooms are spacious compared to properties in the city centre.

Because I took my children to the night market in the north and arrived at the hotel very late, the service staff was very considerate and called me to confirm!! In addition, because the parking spaces were full on that day, we also arranged for staff to provide parking spaces!! It’s really great~~ The four-person room type has two large beds, which is generally OK! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hotel is also asked to prepare a baby bathtub, which is also prepared. Since it is an environmentally friendly hotel, disposable supplies are not provided, so you need to bring your own!

The equipment is a bit old, as if it was decorated a long time ago. The bathtub is quite big, and it doesn't feel unclean. The bed is hard and you won't sink into it when you lie down. The air conditioner is quite cold.

The overall environment feels clean and comfortable. No odor or smoke smell. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and is a ********* specialty. The front desk staff was polite and patient. I forgot to bring the charging cable, but I didn’t expect to be able to borrow one. What a surprise! The location is convenient and fits the simple environment I want to live in.

When I went there, I found that it was upstairs in the restaurant different from what I thought. The equipment is very young and spring is an old hotel Super dumbfounded The cp value is very low, it is not recommended and will not go again in the future

First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.
