New Taipei City Xinzhuang District Hotels

Hotel room is big, clean and nice! Concierge was helpful in providing information. Hotel is located in new taipei district, though a distance from city centre, it is still easily accessible by public transport. the nearest train line has direct train to the airport as well.

Because I took my children to the night market in the north and arrived at the hotel very late, the service staff was very considerate and called me to confirm!! In addition, because the parking spaces were full on that day, we also arranged for staff to provide parking spaces!! It’s really great~~ The four-person room type has two large beds, which is generally OK! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hotel is also asked to prepare a baby bathtub, which is also prepared. Since it is an environmentally friendly hotel, disposable supplies are not provided, so you need to bring your own!

The overall environment feels clean and comfortable. No odor or smoke smell. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and is a ********* specialty. The front desk staff was polite and patient. I forgot to bring the charging cable, but I didn’t expect to be able to borrow one. What a surprise! The location is convenient and fits the simple environment I want to live in.

Soundproofing. Although it is on the sixth floor, the sound of cars passing by on the expressway next to it is obvious. The room is not big. Disposable toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased (which are quite expensive). There are cracks in the bathtub... The shower switch does not indicate whether it is a shower head, a shower, or a massage. You have to try it one by one. If you turn it too high at the beginning, you will get cold. There are not many sockets in the room and they are loose.

When I went there, I found that it was upstairs in the restaurant different from what I thought. The equipment is very young and spring is an old hotel Super dumbfounded The cp value is very low, it is not recommended and will not go again in the future

First time booking this hotel. Met with some issues during check in. The staff ask for extra cash to top up for one of our kid who’s 9 years old. Told him that Trip.com indicated no extra payment needed. Ended up he made a mistake by assuming that we’d book for the 2 single bed room instead of triple bed. Such a blunder he made. Other than that, the room and facilities were great. Hotel Cham Cham is really Cham (Hokkien) ah!

this is my third time around but still they maintain the satisfaction very comfortable and very satisfied I highly recommended this place

Wonderful hotel, spacious room. Location of the hotel away from Taipei downtown, about 40mins by MRT or bus, easy access with the station nearby the hotel. Family mart is nearby.

There is no breakfast for this price. You can eat and drink nearby. It is suitable for those who don't mind poor sound insulation and loud air conditioning. Hygiene is pretty good, but the bath towels smell a bit like bleach.
