設備乾淨舒適,服務相當有禮貌，空間也很寬闊，浴室跟廁所是分開的，讓人覺得很亁淨。是會令人再想入住的地方。也會跟南部親戚推薦的飯店。餐廳的東西也很好吃。

以文青賣點的承億文旅，在一樓接待廳旁還有附設收費的咖啡點心店，算是蠻有商業頭腦，但是住宿者消費也沒有優惠。
房間空間不小，但是洗手台就在床頭旁的設計也是蠻特別的，有種睡在浴室的錯覺。 房間裡有辦公桌與小餐桌，很貼心，床體是兩張加大單人床並在一起的，所以很大張。
這次入住是平日時間，為了有停車位選擇這間，殊不知來了還是沒有方便的車位，另外文旅配合的停車場很遠，要走10分鐘，服務人員解釋也不太清楚，感受並不是很好。周邊便利超商繁多，餐廳也有但是不熱鬧，以上給大家參考。
