We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the massive, well-appointed room, which included a living room and a Jacuzzi (though unfortunately, it was not working during our stay). Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time thanks to the comfortable space and the snack service* available almost all day long.
The staff were friendly but some could benefit from additional customer service training- there were moments where interactions felt a bit impersonal or delayed. I appreciated a staff named Jingle who was helpful and polite. That said, the overall experience was positive, and the amenities made up for the small service gaps.

location of the hotel was great! walking distance to MRT station. they've disconnected all the jacuzzis but the steam room is still operational and the jacuzzi tub can still be used as an extra large bath tub, which is more than enough space for a young child + grown adult. best hack is to buy bath bombs from the 7-11 just opposite the hotel to use in the bath tub. room is super clean and well maintained. the laundry room is free for use. there's good supper options available: Ba Fang Yun Ji Dumpling(highly recommend the dumplings), and 好食雞雞肉飯(chicken rice is cheap and good)

We booked a room with no windows for 5 days, my husband and I weren’t feeling too well so I requested to change to a room with window view. The staff gave us the larger room with handicapped facilities. Simple breakfast meals were also available.

Highly recommended ... friendly staff and room is spacious ... and the amazing part is there is a jacuzzi in the toilet... MTR is nearby ... and there is a snack corner on level 2 ...

The room is spacious and air-conditioning is very powerful. The self-service dining area is excellent. However, the location is not close to the prosperous area of Taipei and the MRT is a bit slow, it will take some time to get back to the hotel.
