This is our second time visiting this hotel. The room was aged, with poor sound insulation. Sound from drainage pipe was frequently heard. Hot spring was good but crowded due to the coldest weather. It is good to come in Spring / autumn. But differently not in Winter.

The location is excellent, Nice view of the river and the opposite plantation. The breakfast is excellent. The room is big and clean. The onsen is magnificent!

Room has nice view. Good service. Gpod if you want a break from city life.

This villa is in a very good location, just a 15-minute walk from the old street. There is a bus stop, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there by bus from the old street. It only takes half an hour to the nearest MRT. The room was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. The facilities in the large public bath are a bit old, but everything is in place. Breakfast is ok, The waiter was very friendly, helpful, and considerate. He prepared different breakfasts for me for two days.

The hotel service/equipment is also satisfactory, but the location is a bit inconvenient to find food. I have to walk for 20 minutes to have dinner options. The breakfast is good, the room is big, and the hot spring is also satisfactory.

When we checked in, the clerk was very helpful with our luggage and took us to the guest room. The room was large and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was as described online. The hot spring semi-open-air bath in the room is very authentic. The store was very considerate and gave me 2 bottles of Pocari in the refrigerator. There is a 7-ELEVEN and a Chinese restaurant about 2-3 minutes away. The food is pretty good. Breakfast is served in Japanese style: seasonal fruits, porridge, chicken steak, fried eggs, pickled pork floss, broccoli, bread (highly recommended), apple juice, and Yakult. and self-serve tea and coffee.

This is my first time traveling to Wulai, and I have never imagined how convenient Spring Spa is. It takes about an hour to take a bus from Taipei Main Station to Wulai, and it only takes 1 minute to get off the bus to the hotel. Because only Japanese-style rooms were available when booking, they were not bad. The rooms were large and well-equipped, and there was a large bathtub in the room for soaking in hot springs. Guests can also use the hotel's public hot spring baths for free. The hotel includes breakfast, and it is so comfortable to enjoy breakfast outdoors. The price of the hot spring hotel is affordable. It only takes 3 stops by bus to the old street and only takes 15 minutes to walk. It is worth recommending.

A day with drizzle and getting dark quickly I took the kids with me and went to another hotel by mistake. The hotel staff there called this hotel. The person from this hotel picked me up by car. Thank you so much again. It was a pleasant trip because everyone was so kind. They kept my luggage after check-out and I enjoyed seeing Wulai Falls and Unseon Paradise. The outdoor terrace for breakfast was nice, and the breakfast was reasonably good.

Very aboriginal style👍View is very good! The room is a bit old and the bed is a bit small ~ but it's very unique The service staff has a good attitude and breakfast is set per person!

This is the accommodation I chose during my trip to Wulai Hot Springs. I had a private hot spring in my room, so I enjoyed it to my heart’s content! Take bus number 849 and get off, and the accommodation is a short walk away. There are no good restaurants nearby ㅠ ㅜ I ate cup ramen in my room, but there was no table so I ate it on my carrier. The breakfast was unique and good, but it would be better if you go when it's not raining. It's really quiet. Healing~~~ But something came out of the room,,,, ㅜ I just gave up and went to sleep. There weren't many Koreans, but there seemed to be locals and Japanese tourists👏
