Great location located in New Taipei where we can go down directly to the Christmas Celebration in just 3 min walks. Walkable distance to the Railway station.

Overall is good! Location is good and convenient for business travel. Gym room is very nice!

The room space is comfortable, the lighting is soft, and the bathroom has good circulation. Wonderful dining experience

Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. They do offer underground parking and you will get a token that needs to be check at the lobby counter every time before you head out. We enjoyed the swim pool and it provides nice view of the city.

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

We had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.

Overall the room was not clean and there were signs of wear and tea in the room. The bathroom area was not clean and the pillows smell bad. Although I did not make any direct complain, I expected much more from Hilton! The Hilton hotels I stayed in other countries before were not bad at all. Maybe just the one in Taiwan.

the location is good, which close to MRT station. The bed is really comformtable. i will come and stay again in this hotel.

Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。 （自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

Spacious room, great bathroom, good location, pretty good breakfast.

Front desk is not very friendly, especially to families. Perhaps would be a good stay for business, but not for families with kids.

Very disappointed with Hilton Taipei Sinban. I was asking for cancellation after being adviced by my Taipei office that Typhoon Gaemi is expected to hit the city on Thursday and office will be closed on Thursday and possibly Friday. My stay was supposed to be from Wednesday to Friday. My flight was cancelled and refunded yet Hilton refused to do the same. Maybe this hotel does not care about his customer's life. Well as expected I did not turn up at Taipei Sinban. If anyone read this review, please think twice about being Hilton's customer. The management should read this and reflect deeply of their business practise.

The person at the door was very helpful. He helped me translate to talk to a taxi driver.
