Reasonable price with breakfast, friendly service nothing to complain with

The sound insulation is also terrible⋯ The bed is not comfortable either⋯ Terrible experience, will not stay again But the service staff are excellent, polite and responsible, thumbs up👍👍

The room is clean but the smell of smoke is very strong. The door lock cannot be used and you can only rely on the door chain. It is very insecure and the sound insulation is extremely poor. You can hear the laughter next door when you lie on the bed. The most important thing is from 3 am to the morning At 10 o'clock, there were 3 sound of opening and closing the door. Because of the poor sound insulation, I couldn't tell whether it was the next room or someone opened the door to my room. It was terrible! ! ! The next day, I was told to check out and my eyes were rolled endlessly...

簡潔乾淨，設備齊全，交通便利，臨近大馬路卻沒有吵雜聲音，一樓大廳客服專業說明，附近是新北市政府部門，相當時尚舒適的空間。

地點不錯，但是房間的清潔程度有點失望。 基本上是滿意的。

交通位置很方便，距離府中捷運站約5分鐘路程，南雅夜市約10分鐘，附近還有麥當勞跟7-11，晚上要吃東西不很方便。

環境一般，早餐簡單

房間整潔，交通便利

環境乾淨整齊 貴台人員親切 附近吃的東西很多

I was super disappointed. I originally thought it was too much to check in at 20:30. They even thoughtfully asked me when I would be back at the hotel when I was checking in. When I was not sure when I would be back at the hotel, I had to give it a try. Will go back at 23:30. I didn't take it seriously at first, but it happened to be raining, so I returned to the hotel early at 23:00. When I thought I could check in, the service staff actually told me that the room was not ready yet, and they asked me to wait until 23:30. The room was occupied because I said I would not go back until 23:30. Normally speaking, check-in is only available at 20:30. It should mean that from 20:30 to 12:00 the next day, I buy the time with the money I paid. What is ridiculous is that I used the money I paid to make money. Other guests paid for a rest and let me wait on the first floor. They were not fooling me. It’s a bad review. Therefore, it is recommended that you choose other hotels if you can. If you really have no choice, when the service staff asks about what time you will come back, remember when you can check in and answer that time. It doesn’t matter how late you will come back. Otherwise, if If you come back early like me, you will have no room to go in and rest right away like me.

It is close to the MRT station (300 meters) and the transportation is convenient. The room was too small and there were mosquitoes in the room. You have to check in at 20:30, which is not in line with the general hotel rules. This information should be clearly and prominently displayed on advertisements to let travelers know before booking to avoid disputes. Breakfast quality is acceptable. ,
