The staff can't communicate in English. The room is not as advertised, not like the picture. It is in a different place from the check-in place. You have to walk up the stairs and hill. It is not suitable for the elderly. I booked a room with a window but got a room without a window. The bed is very hard. The room is narrow. The only good thing is that it is not very far to walk to the old street.

We went with a few friends and children. Overall, the boss is really nice and the environment is comfortable. The balcony has a sea view, which is very relaxing. There is also a whole dining kitchen on the second floor of the hotel. They are also very friendly. I will definitely book this hotel next time I go to Jiufen. I highly recommend it to everyone.

After checking in on site, we thought we were staying in this building (the place where CHECK IN is located), but the boss suddenly said we were staying in another building because we booked a double room. He didn't tell us in advance! And it was very busy on the way there. It's dark, the road is steep, there are many stairs, it's in an alley, and there's a temple next to it!! The whole thing is very rough, and it looks dark and empty inside. When we got to the room, we were completely dumbfounded. The facilities were very old. The toilet and bathroom (not like it at all!! There was only a toilet at all, just a shower head installed), which looked very much like the ones my grandma would use in that era. We thought To say this is to deceive consumers is to say that *********** did not see this type of room at all when he made the reservation (the double room is also very beautiful), and the boss did not say in advance that he would stay in the other side. , but my friend also wanted to forget it. We just wanted to sleep one night and leave without ruining the mood. We went shopping in the old street. After shopping, it was even more scary when we returned to the room. There was a little strong and an unknown insect walking around... ... Forget about giving us this kind of room, just clean it after all! They even charged us more than 2,000, so I sincerely recommend that you really confirm it before moving in.

The balcony is great, you can see the beautiful sea view, and the room is large enough. It is a suitable place for the whole family to relax together. I will definitely find time to book this room again.
