Overall, was a very relaxing experience, but it was far away from the city. Not much food choices around the hotel. But this place was definitely good for short vacation. Staffs were good, private spa bath tub in bedroom was definitely a plus 🤩🤩🤩 ！

Great public springs, with excellent view. Generally good service and food.
However, the hallways and bathrooms in the upstairs rooms aren't kept as clean as one would expect, which detracts from the experience.

酒店整體設計有日式簡潔優雅,位置與公共巴士站非常近,與烏來老街距離也可以徒步達到.附近有便利店和飯店.酒店職員有禮,公眾浴池（溫泉）的員工細心和親切. 唯酒店的餐飲提供不多選擇, 而且晚餐亦未能作提供,cafe 的營業時間如果能延長更好. 如能設酒吧服務更佳😄

大廳裝潢的很氣派。整體來說看起來很舒適～
但216房 淋浴🚿的水不是很熱
聯絡櫃檯協助換房後，
大半夜被隔壁房客吵到睡不著（隔音效果略差
晚餐套餐1680+10%服務費 嚴格來說偏貴
餐點內容物也是很少。
如果要有更好的建議，希望能增加什麼足療或是桑拿
至少夜晚有更多選項可以去渡過，畢竟一個晚上也不便宜。
