客觀評價，確實是房間太小了，為什麼大家對台灣的酒店評價都是太貴了，就是普遍的性價比很低，品川位置在板橋，位置需要找一下，但是google的定位是準的，樓下有個鹽酥雞，一般，旁邊有板橋夜市，正常，比士林夜市小。酒店需要説的就是面積，實在是太小了，價格相對高，幽閉恐懼症的就不要住了。

位置非常好，很容易找到，距離捷運步行不到5分鐘，樓下就有炸物，晚上想吃宵夜隨時輕鬆get
附近還有很多店鋪可以逛，還有個湳雅夜市可以晚上打發一下時間

沒有桌椅或沒有交誼廳很不方便，因為不是專人24小時，所以過了管制時間以後大門口的鐵門會被拉下來，進出旅館要通過其他的通道，有點像公寓式的旅館，價格超乎預期
