The hotel is nice for what it is - being a spa hotel. The onsen is nice and worth visiting.
Breakfast is of low quality, you probably want to skip it.

Today is 2/2/2025. I came here for the second time. It was not as good as the first time. Maybe there was no service during the New Year holiday. Especially the reservation email 📧 was very informal and impolite. It was also difficult to reply to the email. There was no Dear xxx. It just said... Sorry. On the night of check-in, another company booked the restaurant, so I didn't have the chance to try the Chinese restaurant.
