There service is quite good,but one thing no good is night time their counter is no body there ,so when U need some help is quite troublesome 😅da room is really big ,we enjoy da hot spring in da room 😉

4月2日與老公入住11樓層房間，4月3日早上經歷花蓮7.2級地震，剛起床在洗手間聽到牆身傳出聲響，從來都不知道地震的感覺是如此搖晃，整個人左搖右擺，真的嚇**！幸好酒店建築也很堅固，沒有造成任何破壞。
喜歡浴室很大，雖然溫泉是美人湯，但感覺不太像樣。有兩個洗手台很讚，但是可能是因為設計的問題，水很常會噴到身上，這比較困擾一點。浴缸和馬桶是分離的。
隔音部分，只有隔壁大聲一點才會聽到，地震後也聽到隔離房間在講話。
另外服務人員也很貼心協助的，比如房間吹風機壞了，可以到前枱提供給我一個新的，只是住了四個晚上也沒有打掃房間和清垃圾，清潔比較令人失望！
入住五天下來，沒有太多不舒服，反而會覺得有種放鬆和舒適感，很適合商務出差時入住。只是早餐的選擇不多，四天也是差不多沒有改變的。

是一個體驗不一樣台北的住宿選擇。
以往台北旅遊都住西門町，這次想要體驗慢遊且人少的台北，加上非常想泡溫泉，便選擇了新店區的矽谷溫泉會館♨️ 溫泉是酒店地下水抽取出來的， 相比北投的溫泉，無色無味，美人湯 - 泡了皮膚變滑了一些！沒有西門町方便，但卻比西門町的性價比高- 房間更大，雖然舊了一些。附近餐廳選擇較少，但公交挺方便的。服務人員態度有待改進 -態度比較隨便。

鄰近慈濟醫院，市區就能泡溫泉，附近也有許多餐廳，房間寬敞，浴缸大，但桌子有灰塵，清潔宜加強。

離捷運站稍有一點距離
可騎Ubike或者是搭公車
搭計程車大概是95到100元
我住的是最高樓層 1510房 4人房型
房間真的蠻大的 也很乾淨
這間房間是西曬
如果天氣熱 訂房前最好先確認一下
床還蠻好睡的 至少不會太硬
溫泉部分 很滿意
浴缸算大 蓄水速度也蠻快 水溫夠熱
也沒有大家說的 有沙子的情況
浴廁那邊的燈
沒有辦法從房間這邊控制 也不好找
可能要問飯店客服人員
飯店不提供一次性消耗的備品
所以比如 拖鞋 浴帽 棉花棒 牙膏牙刷
這些東西自己要準備
飯店提供的有 牆上擠壓式沐浴乳洗髮精
大浴巾 毛巾 漱口杯
房間的礦泉水喝完
可以去裝在公共空間的3M過濾水
應該是每個樓層都有
這次的住宿經驗 比較不滿意的 大概只有早餐
種類不算少 絕對夠吃 只是品質不是很好
舉例來說 大頭菜湯 大頭菜滿老的 感覺是次級品
本以為這道菜湯是吃素的也ok
但喝了湯 才發現是柴魚湯頭
現代吃素的人還蠻多的
我在飯店有遇到一些印度人
印度是全球吃素比例最高的國家
建議飯店可以增加素食可食用的品項
並且標示要清楚
