The front desk staff are handsome and beautiful. The room has a small sofa and a large bathroom, but it is a pity that there is no bathtub. The water in the shower head is very strong and the shower is very comfortable I originally read a Google review that said the breakfast had Chinese and Western options, cooked food, etc. But when I arrived at the hotel, I found out that the breakfast was a collaboration with Q Berger, the restaurant next door. I was not very happy to be deceived by the review. In addition, bugs came out of the room at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. After thinking for a long time, I still didn't tell the front desk because I felt that it would be of no use.

The driveway to the parking lot is very narrow and it's easy to hit the wall, which is scary. When I checked in, the receptionist was indifferent. He only gave me the room card and told me that breakfast was on the second floor. He didn't say anything else. I thought it was basic to proactively explain the check-out time and breakfast time. There are two elevators, but one of them was ordered to stop and only one was left in operation. There was a piece of used toilet paper placed on the handle. It was seen when checking in and was still there until check-out. The room is quite satisfactory, but because it is winter, the wind is very strong, the floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be closed tightly and make a hissing sound even if locked, the carpet is not cleaned enough, and the soles of the children's feet are black after running around barefoot. Overall, I will not stay here again.

The service staff threw away the toothbrush we were carrying (used by children) but only said sorry and didn’t feel like trying to solve it, and left the rag in the room

The facilities are as old as breakfast, the service staff are friendly, and the location is very close to Tamsui MRT

The hotel facilities are older than expected. The corridor has a strange smell. There is an underground parking lot, but the driveway entrance facilities are faulty. It took 2 calls to find the counter staff to help open it.

Good location, many food choices outside the hotel. Our breakfast was eaten at the burger restaurant next door with meal vouchers. We were expecting to eat it in the restaurant. I'm not sure how long this supply will last.
