Coconut Palms Beach Resort II a Ramada by Wyndham

Perfect location with something for everyone! Loved that it is right on the beach and you can walk to Flaglar St!! The shops, restaurants and bars were a lot of fun. We had 2 units, well stocked, comfortable and very clean. We can't wait to go back!

The good- Location is great Price is very good Room is reasonably sized and the bed is comfortable The bad - The walls are so thin that I can hear every word the people next to me say The noise goes late into the night Since the walls are super thin I heard the neighbor’s rooster alarm at 6am each morning The room was not particularly clean Overall it was fine for a quick 2 nights and I really did like the location. If I were to come back with my family and/or for a longer stay I would go elsewhere.

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, I loved this place. First the room. It was small but nice. Bed was very comfy. Shower was good. Had everything you needed to cook your own food. Kitchen chairs were hard though, so if you are driving might want to bring some chair cushions. Resort - Very nice. Beach right there. Huge swimming pool and a smaller swimming pool that for some reason was always full while the big swimming pool was always empty. Strange. Had some nice swinging chairs. The resort is within walking distance to Flaglar Ave with lots of shops and eateries. I would stay here again but not in September. It's cloudy and rained every day. But that's not the resorts fault.

Not our best visit here. We've been the past 3 of 4 years. Our room was on the 5th floor and at times both elevators were out. This was hard for my husband who had a recent heart attack and couldn't climb the stairs easily. Management was very rude and told us we could just wait. The pool was closed early one night without any notice and people were rudely told to leave or they were gonna be locked in the pool area for the night. One family had just had pizza delivered and were trying have a family meal. And we couldn't sit on the balcony because of construction next door and constant jack -hammer like noise all day. Again - we love this area but this was our worst visit in regards to how employees treated us. The one exception was Dominic. He was always professional, very attentive and went above and beyond to help guests.

Construction ongoing, but nicest desk staff ever!hopefully they can restore this place & the Royal back to its prior charm with plants in the floor planters, & revamp the Tiki bar. The beach is well kept by the county & driving the beach is allowed. Many places to eat are nearby, or Uber/doordash/Grubhub if u must. Publix & super Walmart are near.

We stayed at the Royal Palm building which is in serious need of a renovation. The dishwasher wasnt cleaning because a part was loose. The shower head was rusty. The kitchen was just barely furnished. The living room seats 4 and no more. I'm adding a star because we paid a decent price to stay for the week.
