This trip, I enjoyed my room very much. I always like being in the front of the hotel. I enjoy the scenery.

Not very impressed with the hotel and its setting. Walked into a not so impressive lobby with the smell of cleaning products. The way to the room was clean but the room looked old and weary in spite of their modern decor. The bathroom had leaks from the bathtub and the toilet seat was scary to sit on. The faucet didn’t fit the sink well as all of the water poured out of the sink. The heater system made noises throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Not the least, I will not be staying here anymore.

Staff unable to help with non-normal issues. Could not cancel one night when I left early. Could not find a charger that I left behind.

It’s not the fanciest hotel but not the dirtiest. The decor is kind of dated and the walls are super thin. If you’re in a pinch and need a last minute find, this place is it. The beds are really comfortable though.

The room WAS very nice. BUT, we think that a $5.00 Charge for parking is NOT appropriate in this area. VERY petty. The entire hotel is surrounded by a huge open parking lot. Also, had to call the desk to find out what your $5.00 boutique charge was for. I was told it was for the use of the exercise room, and the restaurant use. Said we did not use either, and was told it is a mandatory charge. We will not be staying at your hotel again, when visiting our relatives, and will advise our very large family to do the same !!!!!!
