We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance.
The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.
In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

We were on a trip with 4 other couples, all staying in various hotels around Canal/Bourbon street, and the property at Virgin Hotels in New Orleans, from the lobby/coffeshop, to the room, to the rooftop bar were far and away better than the other properties for around the same price. It was our Anniversary weekend, and there was a very nice gift from the hotel in our room upon arrival, and everything was perfect. For anyone looking to see the WWII museum on their stay, it was an easy 10 min. walk, and Bourbon Street was 15-20 minutes away (for those inclined).
The pictures and reviews on this hotel are accurate and probably understated compared to the experience we just had there in May 2022!

Beautiful hotel right off bourbon street. You get what you pay for with this hotel and it doesn’t disappoint from the multiple live events during our stay or the award winning restaurant right in the lobby you cannot beat this location for staying in the city

The location of the hotel is good, the room is super clean and tidy, the whole hotel is in line with five points, why I didn't give five points just because the location of my room is not so good, facing the roof full of a lot of air conditioners

The hotel is great but the cost of the room was extremely high. I visit this hotel occasionally and I've never had any complaints until now. I understand there was an event happening the weekend I stayed but the amount of money I paid for the stay should have gotten me all the services offered by the hotel. The valet parking was unavailable which caused a problem for me due to some health conditions. However, the overall stay was good.

Perfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

Excellent
OOwenThe location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

LL. VegaWe arrived at 2:30 AM and there was somebody to guide us with a check in and how to get to our bedroom.
Our bedroom was impeccable, same as the bathroom.
This hotel has kept the old style and it is a very charming place that is kept really nice.
The room was very comfortable. It also has the old style and it is very cozy and nice.
The bathroom in our room is 100% remodeled and it is now really nice
We stayed for three days and during our stay, we were never bothered by knockings on the door or anything like that. It’s a very nice and quiet place to stay.
We were very happy with the way the room is set up and the way it is decorated, and it is good to mention that the bed was also set up really nice and it is a very comfortable bed
We did not have the chance to eat in the hotel, or to use the bar but everything looked really nice to us. Overall, we were very happy throughout our stay, and we would recommend this place fully.

GGuest UserThis place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or semen smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weather*****ping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.

SShi Luna The hotel is walking distance from the Fremch Quarter with enough distance to not be smack in the hustle and bustle. It's a nice walk to all the historical and tourist stops. The service was good. Generally a good stay and affordable.

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

JJINThe location is very good, super close to the French Quarter. However, the location of the room is very poor. The windows are facing the high wall opposite the Hutong.

廖廖The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but compared to high-end star hotels, the facilities are average and the price/performance ratio is not bad. It is suitable for family travel!

GGuest UserTo check into the room was a breeze. The customer service rep was excellent at his job and even helped me get information about a tour I had booked. The room itself was shabby or well worn looking and smelled. Maid service was good in that the bed was made everyday, but the bed itself was lumpy. There were rust stains in the bathtub. To step outside to smoke a cigarette, one is bombarded with homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. Seems more could have been done to safeguard guests standing in front of the hotel waiting for something or just getting a breath of fresh air from such harassment. I then found out there was a balcony on the 2nd floor where guests could go to smoke their cigarette. The view from the balcony is excellent as it looks right down on Burbon Street, what a treat. Spending days exploring the city and later going to the balcony in the evenings became a routine for me. That is until one night leaving the balcony heading toward the elevator I ran up upon a woman who was stooped down peeing on the floor by the wall that has a picture of a lady with a piece of paper over her eyes. There were bathrooms on the second floor, so I couldn't understand why she would do that. I guess that speaks to the type of person she is. I was appalled. If that is a representation of the type of people who book rooms at the Astor, then that hotel is not the hotel for me! No, I will never stay there again
