Ctrip is an Airbnb property. There is no front desk staff when you arrive at the hotel. The other party has already sent the room information and room password to Ctrip via email. However, Ctrip never received any feedback, and the email provided only received Ctrip’s confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I called the hotel staff and struggled remotely for more than half an hour before checking in. Fortunately, it was during working hours. If I arrived at night, I might have to wait outside all night. This is where Ctrip’s service is extremely inadequate.
