Average Marriott in the warehouse district. Clean, safe, only thing I'd say is that a PIERCING shrill fire alarm was going off at check-in for 3 *DAYS* straight. They kept saying an engineer was coming to fix it and this went on for my entire stay. I would just urge whoever is running this hotel to teach their staff how to mitigate this crazy, screeching alarm. After 3 days it becomes clear that they actually want to create a brutally oppressive environment, on purpose, nobody is that incompetent. Their streaming services like Pluto TV also constantly crash. You can get about 10 seconds of a movie, then it freezes. Also they don't honor the platinum 4PM late checkout so if you want your status perks stay at a different Marriott. Overall, probably the jankiest Marriott I've ever stayed at. Just clear nobody really cares whether stuff works or not. I wish people in NOLA would take more pride in their jobs.

Overall this was a pretty good experience—and my first with **********. Room has a cramped layout, but was as expected. The shower was great—pressure and heat, on point. Mini fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and the awesome maintenance staff swapped it w/ another unit with an hour of requesting. Hotel felt safe and it was super convenient to walk to the convention center—which was why we were in town. .

Friendly staff! More than served its purpose for Mardi Gras. The room's air did not blow cold, after 2 nights I finally asked if it was normal, they came and changed the filter and it started working. They were attentive and fast with any request. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds.

Valet was extremely helpful even during the high volume of people. Front desk staff kind and courteous.

Room very clean and this hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are all updated except for the room coffee maker. Instead of adding machines that use pods they have the old style with little trays. Breakfast area very clean and food ok. Although the site said they had a restaurant I never found one. One odd thing to note is the extremely cold temps in the hallways in the winter. Would stay here again.

Hotel is old. All furnitures look “tired”. You get for what you paid. Breakfast was fun-ish. But you will get it on disposable plates. Staff was great.

Staff was amazing despite the frustration from ******* cancelling our reservations. I cannot express enough how amazing Trish and her staff were.
