Girl at front desk wasn't very nice spoke brooken English. Windows on both floors open which can create a disaster.

The property really needs a thorough cleaning. The general public areas are in horrible shape. Most people were afraid to eat at the breakfast buffet area due to cleanliness. It is really a convenient night’s sleep. But it is a crap shoot

not good the Microwave was broken, the shower handle broken, the towels hard like a rock, the hallways very dirty, the room walls had lots of mold. And looked like they were allowing homeless people to also stay there, my non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

The room was fine except when using the hot water in the bathroom sink the water came out brown. When we informed the front desk they apologized for the inconvenience and made no other offer.

I was never more uncomfortable and anxious. The room was not clean, the hallways and the room and smelled of ****, and hookah smoke. After about an hour I got so nervous I booked a different stay. Only good thing is that I got my deposit back from the incidentals.

Only there for one night but it was just gross! Stains on furniture and tub was gross. It smelled bad too! I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Definitely didn’t look anything like the pictures!!

The staff was ok but ice machine was leaking water no ever attempt to clean up and it was a roach in my room.

Nothing about this hotel was sanitary. Dirty towels in the bathroom, calcified sinks and shower head. The Entrance near my room,was not just unlocked, it was broken. On our (saturday morning), our cards were disabled & we were locked out of the room. There was no one at the front desk for over 30 minutes. We could not get back into our booked. The reason we booked 2 nights is so that we would have enough time to get ready for a Wedding on Saturday Night. Immediately after getting our keys recalibrated for our hotel door. The fire alarm started sounding due to faulty wiring. This was not resolved for over an HOUR result. We were unable to use pur hotel room to get ready for more than 2 hours. This ruined our trip. (I understand fires happen, but this wasnt caused by fire it was poor maintenance. We were still rushed getting ready for the wedding.
We were unable to use the pool and gym facilities due to bad lighting and unsanitary conditions ( the only reason we stayed here was for the pool.
The hotel room we were assigned smelled ike dysentery/ diarrhea. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we were unable to switch rooms, however, that did Not seem to be the case.
Our safety was a constant concern the hotel staff owns/ runs a a club in the same parking lot as the hotel. People were fighting/***** directly outside our window & our vurtains wouldnt close.
Finally at 930 we found a RAT in our room on Sunday
