Ok so let's start with the sad News that My Wife and I woke up in the middle of the night 🌉 with Incredible Itching. Then in the morning 🌄 we Both had Bed Bugs Bites around our Neck Arms and Feet

The property was close to where I needed to be for the visit. However, this was probably the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have ever stayed.

Room was clean, but spartan. Some charger outlets worked but not others. I was not expecting a lot for the price, but the noise from above my room throughout the night at late hours sounded like it was a martial arts studio, with long periods of running and thumping. Did not get good nights' sleep.

Hallways stinking of pot. Thin walls and ceilings. Doors you have to slam shut. Dripping faucets. The rooms were kept clean, but basically this is a flophouse posing as a Best Western motel. It should be priced accordingly.

Floors creak so you hear everyone walking above you. Room was on the first floor and I found the windows not latched shut. Heard creaking sound like they were being opened in the middle of the night. Found half eaten marshmallow fluff jar on windowsill behind curtain. Heard noises like small animal in the room. Never coming back.

When we arrived at the property it was a few hours before check in. The owner and whom I believe was his wife was very accommodating and allowed early check in! They were understanding and went above and beyond based on our situation.
The room was very clean and for the price it featured amenities that were not offered at very many locations in this area. We will be booking again and not understanding why there were two stars on this property because in my opinion it was definitely 5!
I liked how close they were to a grocery store as well as many other shopping locations in this area! Not only the convenience was a plus but also the hospitality and customer service provided!

Our stay was fine for a beach weekend. The room was partially renovated. The bathroom needed updating. Also the hand towels didn’t look clean - rather dingy. Bring your wash cloths if you want to bathe properly. (smile)

To be fair, this is a poorly rated hotel and we knew this when booking.
However, this hotel really should be condemned and removed from ********** inventory.
