We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned. Here are some pics of the stained carpet, the outdated room, the “premium” liquor.

Just got back from our trip in Paradise! This was our first trip to South Coast. Everyone was friendly, met some great people and made some good memories. The property was impeccable, the food was so so but the sun was out and it was warm! We’ve been to Grande St. Lucian and Turks & Caicos in the past and never had an issue with them trying to upsell us until SSC. Whether it was Red Lane Spa or Epix Photography, they were constantly trying to upsell us. We even had to take different routes to places just to avoid them. While relaxing on the beach, they’d stop by and ask several times! We did get a couples massage one day which we constantly had to remind them. We couldn’t go anywhere without Epix wanting us to pose for a picture. It just got a little irritating at times.

When I tell you this was a trip of a life time I mean it! The entertainment team and staff were so friendly and made the experience. Shavia, Leon, Francois and everyone made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was incredible. We have never experienced the incredible service we got from the staff ever in our life and I can’t thank them enough. We do not have one bad thing to say. The activities they have everyday are so much fun and you get to meet so many people from around the world. They have an app that is so helpful. You can look at the restaurant menus, open/closing times, schedule of activities, a map of the resort and so much more. I was on the app everyday so we could plan our day. It was all amazing and we will be back in the hopefully near future!

The customer experience at Sandals south coast was overall excellent. From our arrival at the gate and through out our entire stay we felt welcomed. The staff was helpful and pleasant; The food was delicious; The room was beautiful, clean and well equipped.;The property was overall peaceful - quiet and well maintained. I especially want to highlight Clarke from Club Sandals - he was absolutely exceptional. He was polite, well-informed, helpful and soo kind to us. He treated us like family and we truly appreciated that soo much. We will definitely return for a longer stay and I hope he is still there! Thank you for making my birthday special.

Visited here last May. This a beautiful resort. Food in all the restaurants was fantastic as was the drinks. Service was exceptional. My personal favourite was the Sushi in the evening and Giuseppe’s at lunch time. A special mention for Tavia in the Italian who was the best waitress, very friendly and superb service. Our only blip on this trip was how long it took to check in when we first arrived, not sure why it took so long, but after that everything was so relaxing. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we return.

The people were great. Manager Alicia was perfect. Oral a cook at Jasmines was great and made me a special spicy plate!!! Roderick the bartender was fun and very good. Dance and water aerobics instructors were funny and nice.
