"Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. "We went to vist Yale and it was a 5 min walk to the Visitor´s Office at 149 Elm St. Lost of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The hotel has a Strabucks and free parking."

"Apart from free parking and breakfast, this hotel is not recommended. The elevator is particularly scary. It sounds like falling. The elevator broke down once during the stay. Fortunately, I was not in it but planned to use it. As a result, the elevator did not open or move after pressing the button ."
