Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle)

I stayed for 3 nights. I was pleased with the location. The staff were excellent(Kiera, Liv and the young chap with a beard who served me Friday evening and for breakfast a couple of times i think - didn't get his name). Anyone visiting at the moment needs to be aware that their is a very limited evening meal menu, due to the closure of the associated Brewers Fayre. Breakfast didn't seem to be affected. Consequently there were very limited options for an evening meal for me as a Coeliac(2 options on the main menu). Hordle is currently very small (only 20 rooms). A couple of minor niggles with breakfast - the coffee machine broke Sunday morning and at the time I left (monday morning) was still broken, also Monday morning tomatoes had run out. There is a garage next door which has a small selection of (expensive) food. About a 10 minute walk their is a Nisa Supermarket which has more and seems more reasonable from a price perspective.

Only staying for one night after visiting relatives nearby. Warm welcome from the reception staff and a quiet room at the rear of the building well away from traffic noise. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with everything you need and a lovely cosy bed with the softest of warm duvets. This is only a small hotel with 20 rooms, but the staff are excellent and our continental beakfast was all we needed. Special mention to the girl running the breakfasts who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, even making our coffee order fresh (rather than having to decipher a machine). So, a lovely warm welcome, super-comfy room and great breakfast service. A real credit to Premier Inn and possibly the nicest we've visited. Well done everyone!

As usual, Premier Inn delivered a reliably comfortable stay at a great price in a good location. Reception couldn't have been warmer as is almost always the case at Premier Inn and was very efficient. Wifi was not great on this occasion hence the 4 instead of 5 rating, but we managed without it.

Excellent thanks to receptionist Audrey who went above and beyond on our behalf! The rest of the staff were equally charming and helpful. The accessible room has everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, the hotel quiet and peaceful.

Not a very good experience, paid extra for a premier room and didn’t get extras room freezing cold , no extras , bathroom damaged , toilet dirty , curtains ripped , no pillow case , note in room to say no coffee pods due to global shortage ?? Bar area looked empty no tables chairs stall looked a right mess sat in restaurant area , furniture very heavily stained & dirty . Breakfast items left out all day , another note to say global shortage of orange juice so not available for breakfast ?? Our local shops shelf are full

Clean.. comfy.. warm..great shower..easy parkjng..lovely staff.. nice greeting.. lovely food...limited menu not as good as when was a Brewers Fayre restaurant. But we will still use Premier Inn everywhere as it takes a lot of beating...well done
