The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it a great choice for flyers and their families. The property is beautiful and clean. Their restaurant NYC serves excellent buffets for all three meals of the day. Special thanks to Mr. Suraj at the restaurant for his sincere attention to all guests and their needs. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. Great location near Connaught place. Comfortable hotel with a nice pool, unfortunately food and drinks are not allowed by the pool so it’s not an area for relaxing just for swimming which was a shame as the pool itself is really nice. The bar wasn’t open a lot of the time and the restaurant was quite soulless. All in all an adequate stay with staff doing their best but not very efficiently run by ***agement it felt. Breakfast a good selection. Restaurant quite expensive comparatively to other places. Felt like a premier inn type stay rather than a hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same money.

Breakfast was not eaten, no comment, but the rooms and lobby are small, the hygiene is average, the restaurant prices are particularly high and the dishes are average. This five-star is really enough water. Hotels in Delhi are very expensive, and five or six hundred yuan can not live in the same conditions as home. Cheaper ones are so dirty that they can't eat. In short, Delhi is bad.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

Convenient transportation is not far from the main attractions, can walk to Tuk Tuk 100. I booked for 4 days with breakfast. The fifth day left at 6 am. I said to pack two eggs and a croissant. The front desk refused very horizontally. not feeling good.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The room is very clean. Bed linen, towels - all white clean. The staff is hospitable. I booked a meeting at the airport. We were met early in the morning, taken to the hotel and settled very quickly. I was satisfied with the choice of the hotel.

Really beautifully designed hotel, large rooms and comfortable bed. I would like to especially mention the staff and food at the iah restaurant. Unfortunately, I only stopped for a short time before my overnight flight. but at night the air conditioner stopped working for heat and switched itself to 18 degrees cold, I couldn’t switch it on my own... in the end, I fell asleep as is. And after 2.5 hours in the cold I got a sore throat, which marred my impression. Everything is great, but please, check the air conditioners so that they work per***ently at the set temperature and mode

A bit annoying that personnel continue asking you how was literally everything, every step you do inside of the hotel while i had breakfast 3 different officiants, chief and ***ager asked me if food was okay.. well it was, but please, 1 time asking is more than enough :) however food is great also sauna isn't in its best condition definitely if you are looking to get a sauna, this is definitely not the best choice, it is not working properly room is also looks a bit tired besides of above hotel is good, buuuut hard to call it 5*
