Hotels in Indira Gandhi Int'l Airport Area, New Delhi

When I arrived at the hotel, it looked very nice and modern, so I was expecting the rooms to be the same. In the hallways there was a smell of insecticide – this is very common in India, it happened to me in several places. We entered the room and they had only given us one towel for two people; I called reception and they brought us another one. The bathroom was full of mold and the room itself was very old. The bed was too soft, as if the mattress was already very old. Breakfast only had Indian options with very spicy food. The service is fine, but I don’t think the price is worth it for the room.

The overall feeling is average. I originally booked the park hotel in the city center, but recently the Indian home is not peaceful, so I chose the five-star hotel closest to my friend's house, which is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport. The hotel equipment is relatively outdated, the service is not very strong, toothbrushes are not standard, and you can ask the front desk if you need it. The picture is the large lawn of the hotel. There was a wedding of a wealthy family that night, which was still very shocking.

Convenient location near the international airport, but soundproofing needs improvement. Unfortunately, around 1:30 AM, someone in a nearby room started playing loud music and partying, which made it difficult to sleep. Staff service was inconsistent. It really depended on who you happened to interact with - some team members were professional and helpful, while others seemed disengaged and inattentive. For example, when we requested clean glasses for juice, no one followed up despite our family waiting for nearly 15 minutes. We eventually had to leave with our kids disappointed, as they never got their drinks.

The location is very convenient—just a short ride from the terminals—and it’s close to Aerocity, a modern commercial complex with a wide variety of dining options. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a more upscale meal, you’ll find plenty of choices nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, offering a range of Indian dishes that gave us a flavorful start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for travelers.

Stylish, upbeat, and super convenient—Aloft Aerocity delivers on every front. The check-in was quick, the vibe was energetic, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, with comfy beds and smart amenities.Loved the food—especially the breakfast spread and room service options. The bar had a great atmosphere, and service throughout was prompt and friendly. Great location for airport access and easy connectivity to the city. Perfect for a short leisure or business stay. Will definitely return.

The room was Spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. AC, TV and Wi-Fi working with respective remote provided. Breakfast was Good (2 Mix Parathas + curd +Tea) . The people at the reception were helpful with smooth Check-in and checkout, also helping with local sight seeing. The location is great- very near to IGI Airport. I would recommend to friends

Had the perfect staycation at Pullman 😍 The room is clean and spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming, always greet you with a smile! They gave us early check in and even let us check out at 2 pm. The breakfast buffet was superb, so much variety: Indian, Asian, Continental ❤️ Special mention to Mr. Lalit from House keeping and Ms. Nidhi from front desk for making our stay even better 🤩 Thank you!!!

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.
