One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

A nice hotel located close to the Connaught area. Rooms were of a good size, though bathrooms a little dated. The air con though good, a little noisy. Delhi in general is noisy, we used ear plugs as the beeping and dogs are a fairly constant background! Staff and security all very friendly, check in was slow as so much information required. Plenty of water and Schweppes cans available complimentary, that was nice. We deliberately tried not to book a westernised chain, and this was a good alternative. Around 25 mins in good traffic from Delhi airport.

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

Perfect location right in Connaught Place but soo quiet & cosy with excellent north Indian restaurant on site that we ate out at every night for dinner & breakfast each morning. So easy & relaxing - great respite from the noise & action of Delhi. Also very good value for the standard and location as we were able to walk to most places easily. Erwinjit Singh was particularly helpful to us when we were trying to book as he rang us back & found us a room that had been cancelled, and was very helpful and kind generally, thank you.

It's no frill accomodation at the heart of New Delhi.Best suited for Visas.VFS at Shivaji Stadium is just walk by.Cross Gurudwara,seek blessings and proceed for Visa OFC US Embassy is also nearby.Ola/Uber takes max 10 minutes. It's a very safe place especially at Delhi when you are holding passports and sensitive documents.After check out the front desk will put your luggage/Mobile phones etc in their cloak room at only INR 50/- per item. Tarriff is 4750/- for a couple's stay including morning breakfast at ground floor dining hall. You get normal healthy breakfast. In house dining facility at chargeable basis is available. Pl visit like a hostel not as a hotel.
