Breakfast was not eaten, no comment, but the rooms and lobby are small, the hygiene is average, the restaurant prices are particularly high and the dishes are average. This five-star is really enough water. Hotels in Delhi are very expensive, and five or six hundred yuan can not live in the same conditions as home. Cheaper ones are so dirty that they can't eat. In short, Delhi is bad.

Stayed here at the Bloom hotel for 4 nights , prior to our tour . The staff were very friendly and the lobby had a nice smell to it . Would recommend . The rooms were a good size , the shower had a good water pressure to it . Did not get a chance to try out the restaurant next door . But I heard good things about it

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were positives, there were also some issues that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice, with a clean environment, and the staff are generally humble and polite. They were very helpful in providing fresh linens when requested. However, i did have a major issue with mosquitos. I opened the balcony door for just a minute, and the room quickly filled with mosquitos and other creepy crawlies, which made the bed uncomfortable. Another downside was with the checkout experience. The checkout time is set at 11 a. M, but since my train was at 2:30 p. M, i requested a two-hour extension. While the staff did allow a one-hour extension, they seemed very hesitant, and i felt pressured by repeated calls to vacate, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent experience, but i’d rate it a 3 out of 5 due to the mosquito problem and the checkout experience.

Location is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.

One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

The location was extremely convenient with good access to every type of transport. the hotel itself was quirky and interesting without being creepy, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. I will be coming back with my family and recommending the hotel to everyone

If you require a decent no frills hotel in a convenient place then Hotel Persona International is for you . Right in the heart of Karolbagh and 5 minutes walk from the metro. You dont really need to leave the area It's all within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed . The staff are good and very helpfull. They organised anything we requested. No problem. As for Abid, the boss, the *** is a legend. He organised train tickets and phone sim cards long before we left Australia. All my pre trip queries were answered by email immediately. He really knows the travel business inside out. Anywhere in India he can arrange with no problems. definitely the *** to talk to for travel. As I said, if you require safety , security and a place handy to all the action then this is the place. Heena and staff are more than gracious as they strive to give the best and friendliest service regarding the rooms, amenities, arranging transport tours, etc. Rooms are spacious, w/ mini-frig; hot pot w/ coffee tea; bottled water. Vibrant, colorful, local neighborhood w/ shops for every need; ATM 100 steps away. Ample Western and Indian buffet breakfast was great; restaurant's Tandoor chicken was tender, juicy, flavorful. A wonderful home away from home for 6 days!

Great place. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. They met every need they had and would quickly jump on any last minute request I had. Breakfast food was great every morning. They even packed us breakfast to go one day when we had an Agra trip planned. I place a lot of value on safety and security, and I feel safe leaving my stuff there while I travel and enjoy the country.
