Very good hospitality. Clean room. Good behaviour of hotel staff. Very nice stay at delhi. Reached at 10. 30 pm but got food. No issues in this.

Being in hauz khas, it is a great location for south delhi. Though the hotel facilities are not so great wrt to food etc, you have choice of some good eating joints near by.

Hotel was not clean and ambience was not good. Rooms were dirty. Bathroom showers were not working and water overflow. Needs to change room. Telephone was not working also. As per price, it was not up to standard and can't be 3 star hotel.

Room was decent. There was a small room heater which was not adequate. They don't provide good soaps and no shampoos at all. Another terrible things was that there was no hot water, despite telling them several times. Had to end up taking bath in cold water in the cold delhi weather. The room lock (card based) failed and they could never rectify. Food was okay. Other than proximity to iit delhi, there is nothing to talk about this hotel.

The location is very convenient, near SDM market. you have a good choice of eateries and other conveniences like medical shop, grocery, florist, etc. easy to get an auto . Food was good and pretty fast service.
few suggestions: charging points in the room are not convenient. That way the rooms seem outdated, need improvisation.

If you're looking for a hotel near to iit, delhi then this is the only one. You wi get an average room for the price tag, decent food, hot water available anytime, rooms provided with kettle. Can't expect a luxury stay but a decent and comfortable stay.

The stay was not appropriate. The rooms were not in good condition. Also the utility cahrges were also very high. Over all very very costly, but have not even basic arrangements. Very bad stay
