Location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not that good at all. At this price range it's acceptable but i think everybody will love if the bathroom were cleaned

They provide us very bad conditioned room with ac or fan. We even cant stay there for 2 hours. Very bad experience.

First of all hotel location is inaccurate, we had to go through lots of trouble. Hotel stuff behavior is pathetic, they don't know how to talk to old people. Very uncleaned rooms, toilets are worst, no water, everything is worst. *hotel is beside cemetery* very worst hotel and worst experience in my life. Not deserve for even 0 star

No ac option in makemytrip even though they have it if u go personally. Also even though rooms had fan! the rooms felt like heat chamber! too hot! even when fans were on it was all hot air! toilets were not clean, taps were leaking water everytime! and no way to close them because it's all so rusted

Firstly, thank the make my trip team for a hassle free booking! as to the hotel. Good location! close to ramakrishna ashram metro station. Hotel is under staffed and availing of all available amenities like provision of drinking water etc. Are sort of a self service based. Geaser for hot water supply in the room was unserviceable. Full marks to the behaviour of reception staff though. Provision of an intercom will be appreciated especially for guests on the third floor. To sum up, it is a budget hotel with friendly staff going on with low amenities!
