The hotel room is very dirty and dont hygenic. Staff behaviour is very rude. I have booked delux room but not provided the good room. Sorry i dont have click the pics

The room & the bathroom at the time of check-in was not clean or moped. There was dirt on the floor and the towel that was provide n was having stain. Even the pill o cases was having stains. The bathroom floor was having footprint.

I booked 3 rooms for 6 people from 30th oct to 31st oct the rooms are totally messed up. The rooms are very dirty and unhygienic. The room walls are totally damaged. The bathroom door can not be locked in any room. Ac and heater are not working properly. Very dirty bedsheets are there. Lack of dishtv box for tv are theke. There is nothing good there. Same scenario for every room there. Horrible experience.

I was promised with a decent room although the room was dirty, the toilet was terrible short i had the worst experience. This was the most disgusting feeling ever!
