Golden Tulip Gurgaon (Sector 29)

My husband and I had a comfortable stay at the Golden tulip hotel. Their staff is professional and polite, maintain excellent cleanliness, and delicious south indian food and ginger tea. Their garden is clean and green where you can see different birds chirping and squirrels roaming. The front desk staff Mr. Rambeer, Mr. Pandey, Mr. Amit, the restaurant staff Mr. Salman, Ms. Bumadevi, Mr. Kushal, and others, Housekeeping staff Mr. Alok (Housekeeping manager), Mr. Veer ( polite, smiling, and everyday he kept chocolates and a good night wishes note for us, thank you Veer), and others. Thank you for your hospitality.

Superb experience with the hotel. Special treatment given to us by Mr. Sahil. He was a gem for us. Because of him, we could very nicely organise our daughter's wedding. All our guest went happily with good memories. We had issues with the check in of one of our guest at the reception counter. But Mr. Sahil handled it properly. The food was very nice and not very heavy. Generally the hotel food you can't have continuously but Mr. Sahil gave the instructions as per our taste to the Chef. We had brought Antacid tablets with us but luckily didn't require it. One suggestion is there that you should have drawers in the room cabinet so that it becomes easy to put our belongings.

Excellent service and hospitality. Really appreciated. Rooms are cleaned daily basis Complimentary breakfast fast is yummy and serving multiple choice. Serving team is really good and appreciated their work. Altogether over all experience is excellent.
