The location is a 10 minute walk from the station. However, it was good that there were places to eat such as McDonald's and local food near the hotel. As with any place in India, it is a problem that Wi-Fi is not connected. I'm paying a high price, so I wanted the facilities to be differentiated from other hotels. I spent 1 months at Bloom @Link Road & it was a lovely pleasant stay there. As I was travelling by myself I had a very good welcome & I was helped by all the staff particularly by Sachin Kumar & Rishab who were working in the cafe’/restaurant. Their service was very prompt each time remembering my favourite dishes & the food very nice, I loved the biryani dish! They helped me with tips on places nearby & always very kind & smiley to me. Also Sonu who was working as security guard made me feel safe in the hotel & always greeting me with so much politeness. I will definitely come back in the near future . Thank you Sachin, thank you Rishab & Sonu & thank you Bloom!

Great service and polite staff. The canteen offered tasty food. On our request, they also arranged a trip to Tajmahal with CS Pandey Travel Desk. He was available on phone all the time for any queries and was very accommodating. We'd stay again.
