Routine charges for that day online were 4K-6k & I have been charged 13k .
Why should I be charged more than double .

Was a really comfortable and happy stay as it was a late night check in and check out was very helpful as well. Will stay again if the opportunity happens. The price was so attractive for a solo traveller.

Walking distance from Aerocity subway.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The wo*** at the reception was not very nice, but other than that I was satisfied. This time I stayed for one night in Delhi for transit, but if I have a similar opportunity, I will stay here again.

When I asked for a smoking room, I was asked to wait 5-10 minutes, which I agreed to, but it took about 30 minutes to check in.
Since I had an early morning flight, I asked the hotel for a taxi in the morning, which cost me 808 rupees, which I thought was a bit expensive, but overall I was satisfied.
But it is area of room suitable for amount of money.

It was a great stay at your hotel. I stayed for 3 days. Everything went well. One day i had checked in very late at night after my flight, so i couldn’t able to come down to have my breakfast buffet in the morning .when i called around 11.10 am to In room dining. Associate told me that nothing can be possible as breakfast buffet is closed. I was damm hungry since i din had anything at night. it was quiet surprised for me that i cannot order anything from IRD which i believe In room dining is 24 hours.Again i called after 5 mins to check if they can speak to chef and arrange something for me to eat atleast bread omlette or Fruits.I am not able to recall the associate name. but she was very polite & professional. she checked with chef and given me few options which i really liked the gesture. Then Associate Dhruv came to deliver the order to my Room . He was also very helpful & courteous. Thank you for the hospitality.

I am the HR & Admin Head of FIIB and we conducted a training session, basically a Faculty retreat for our Faculty members and pleased to share that the hospitality of Red Fox and especially Mr Vijay has been commendable. He has not only done a fantastic job in terms of hospitality but also food, top services, and an amazing experience we all got. Kudos to Mr Vijay & his best ability to ensure all goes super smooth. Great place to stay and the location is also perfect Staff is very friendly and polite. Room service was good and the rooms were very clean and tidy . Chotu khan especially cleaned my room and was were curtious Would definitely stay the next time I travel to delhi
