The door of the room was broken with partially functionalbdoor lock. The room could have been left open with a forceful push or a subtle kick. The television was not functional they had to replace the television after i reported over it. The staff are uncourteous. The charge exorbitant prices, respite me booking a complementary meal based booking, i was asked to pay for meal when i informed them and showed the booking they informed that the system didn't showcase that i have booked a pre-booked complimentary meal based room. They are charging g exorbitant prices and the facilities are poor. A total dismal hotel and stay

Mm t showed room area of 250 sq ft and 1 extra bed when i booked the property (but this was not mentioned in the voucher. The room i was offered was very small and with no extra bed. I had to upgrade to get bigger room and an extra bed. The staff at the reception during checkin was rude. Regarding room, it was big, spacious and clean but had a suffocating smell. No door was there in the bathroom and no exhaust either. Food was good and tasty. The overall experience, i will rate 5 out of 10.

We booked this on arriving near Delhi airport as the hotel we had booked originally was nothing like depicted on its advertising…so I have learnt a lesson! But this was better than other advertised 3 star hotels in India Pros 10 -15 minutes from Delhi airport Rooms clean and comfortable Bathroom clean and good working shower Price was cheaper when we booked on arrival as we were able to check room out (£30 for the night we did not want to pay the prices at aero city as checking out at 4a.m) Breakfast included but cannot say how food was Water left in rooms but no fridge Friendly efficient reception staff Good Wi-Fi Cons Noisy so take your earplugs as on a very busy main road

Not much elaboration is required. Charging rs. 10752 for 2 nights for such a lousy place is horrible and unimaginable. Very bad experience. Please ensure that you have some check mechanism if you want to maintain your (makemytrip) credibility.

I used the hotel for 6-7 hrs from late night till morning, team was courteous and spacious room. Even at morning 3am they arranged biryani. Which was cool

Room and bathroom were very clean and without any smell or fly. Very comfortable sleep i had.
