It's good to stay with family Service very good,staff good, ...food very good , and parking is small , but not issues staff co oprat, Smoking zone is good but one think we stay on third flor, for Smoking come on first flor Good Service thank you

Came to New Delhi to have extensive dental treatment on upper and lower jaws and Hotel Shervani was recommended by Stunning Dentistry. Have been here since 20th April 2025 and have stayed in single exec, standard rooms for first 3days now in club room. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The standard and club being far more spacious. I'd like to send a huge thanks to all the staff from the concierge reception team (Prakash, Aquib) the Room service team (Bunty, Rahul, Captain Rajib and Hemchand) House keeping team (Narendra, Vinod and Amrit ) the restaurant team who catered for my special soft foods/ soups dietary needs (Chef Sunil, Chef Deepak) All led by thier illustrious Leader Mr Anuraag and his management team Mr Ankur and Mr Naveen. Who have gone above and beyond making my Dental experience a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already asked Mr Anurag to ensure I have a club room available when I return in 6 months. We hosted our engagement and marriage ceremonies at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and all the arrangements were well-organized. The staff was helpful, polite, and made sure everything went smoothly. The overall ambience was beautiful and added a special charm to our celebrations. Our families also stayed at the hotel, and they were very happy with the comfort and cleanliness. A big thank you to the entire team especially to Naveen Ranjan ,manager for making our special days so memorable. Highly recommended for events and family stays!

Rooms are good and well maintained with nice ambience. Food is good and staff is friendly and cooperative. Staff Hemchand Joshi and Bakshish Singh were very cooperative and friendly and served our team very nicely during our four day stay at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience and the staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. The stay for family members was very comfortable and family function was very well organised. The food was really good and rooms were very clean as well.

Excellent service done by Mr. Rahul, person is very polite and humble and sincere. He very much take care of his guest. Rahul continue providing service, Food quality is very tasty and quality is excellent. Food menu is very nice. The property is very nice and situated at POSH area in Delhi

A delightful experience marked by comfort and elegance. The property is impeccably maintained providing a serene retreat for both business and leisure travellers. Though there were some teething problems but once highlighted were well taken care by Mr. Anurag. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction turned a brief concern into a positive reflection of the hotel's commitment to excellence. Breakfast is awesome and the pantry staff is very cordial. Mr. Kishan at the reception is courteous and has a pleasant attitude. I look forward to my next visit.
