Rooms are very very uncleaned below beds. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Overhyped and over priced property.
It can be harmful for kids and for adults also..

I experienced first-class hospitality. All the hotel staff and employees stopped to greet me even though they were busy.
I'm currently staying at the Taj Palace, but the quality of customer service at the Leela is far superior. If you're undecided between the Leela Palace and the Leela, I definitely recommend booking at the Leela!
Also, the welcome drink, hibiscus tea, is incredibly delicious. Please try it.
