It’s near the Connaught place. Location is wonderful. But there is a train station near by and the horns were very noisy even at midnight. The service has not reached 5-star hotel. Hotel staff at the front is lazy and also the restaurant staffs.

Outstanding hotel in an idea location, right on the line between Old and New Delhi. Great outdoor pool, gym, rooms, food and facilities. Highly recommended.

Great location. Hotel very clean and staff really helpful. We have stayed here many times. Food is delicious and plenty of choice for veg and non veg. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Food can be improved many times more. Bar is good. Mahaai, Ishu and the bell hop gave good services.👍🏾

The ac was not working as per requirements , even after couple of complains they could not make it cold since all rooms are with same temperature, since we were staying in a reputed hotel we wanted cooler temperature for our room but the hotel didn’t had ways to increase or decrease the temperature, Also morning breakfast restaurent staff is not correctly managed , many of the staff don’t know how how to supervise the orders But same staff handled the orders in the dinner or lunch services , this might be the focus is not satisfying the clients in a different manners Regards / Akhil

Great staff and wonderful service. The hotel advertised on their website that the pool renovation would be completed prior to our stay but unfortunately when we got there we were told it was closed for another week or so which was a big shame. Our room didn’t have a fridge and I had to ask twice for this and when it came it didn’t fit in the space for the fridge so it was hanging out. Other than these things the service was great I think there’s a few tweaks they can improve but overall location is great and service is great. Would return.

This is great hotel for Delhi. It is well kept and we wish we could have spent more time. We will come back. The staff was very helpful, especially Saif in the restaurant and Isho (Mr. Darjarling) at check in. Since we travel internationally often we expected and had a few minor issues. During checkin the data transferred to them by Trip.com came into their system using my middle name as my last name. I never had that happen before. It took 20 minutes to figure it out even though I had the hotel confirmation. The ROM was advertised as 40 SM but felt smaller. The shower was great with plenty of hot water but the drain was slow and overflowed onto the floor. They sent a plumber up quickly. We slept very well, the internet worked well and the food was fantastic both for lunch and breakfast. The location and security was perfect. My wife felt very safe.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but the food was delicious. We loved that it was an inclusive hotel and they hire those with disabilities as well as transgender. Recommend
