The hotel location is good and the staff is very helpful. The foods are delicious. However due to some events (wedding…) the restaurants were always full. My room looks bit old and found dirt.

The location was great, however the room design was not friendly especially the bed, I have been hitting my knee 4 times last 2 days. Need to be careful. The 24/7 restaurants didn’t serve oriental food after 11pm, fraud information given and no choice to get Tikka for our early 2am trip.

Lalit staff were accommodating and anticipated my needs before I did. The Spiceology Spa staff were incredibly helpful in preparing for a wedding. Thanks to all.

Very good help from reception after we cek out, i was allowed to store my medicine in the concierge fridge. Thank you for the help. Warm reception.
Disappointment was when my parcel from amazon arrive there was no concierge (always empty) and reception decline to receive my parcel (room 2026), so the *** kept calling n disturbing us.
Hope can add more staff in conceirge.

It’s near the Connaught place. Location is wonderful. But there is a train station near by and the horns were very noisy even at midnight. The service has not reached 5-star hotel. Hotel staff at the front is lazy and also the restaurant staffs.

Outstanding hotel in an idea location, right on the line between Old and New Delhi. Great outdoor pool, gym, rooms, food and facilities. Highly recommended.

Great location. Hotel very clean and staff really helpful. We have stayed here many times. Food is delicious and plenty of choice for veg and non veg. Definitely recommend this hotel.
