The Staff is good and professional but the infrastructure of the Hotel is bad , specially the Air conditioner , I could not sleep properly fro 2 nights and then I got cold because the room I was shifted to was tooo cold , overall pretty average experience. Pillows are useless , amenities overprised , Breakfast average / below average . It smells of a bygone era good 4/5 star hotel which seemed to be loosing its place in the new world . BTW internet speed pathetic

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

It was overall good. Breakfast was perfect. The only thing was- I guess, building is old now and not being appropriately maintained. There were some cockroach in the room as well as waiting area.

The staff responsiveness is not upto the mark and the restroom in room is clogged with water, even then the staff was not responding properly.

All good except the hotel in
2025 doesn’t have an automatic room temperature
Control!!
In a city like Delhi with cold days in winters &
Hot hot summers!!
This needs to be updated Asap!!
5 star hotels can’t be offering space heaters as an
Alternative!!

Friendly, professional staff; Clean, comfortable room; Delicious array of international cuisine on breakfast buffet. Only negative for us was distance from airport - felt just a bit far to be a convenient stopover sleep between flights.
