Nice hotel and good service. Room was good and quiet. Restaurant had good food and service

this hotel is located very comfort area. service is also not bad.

Only check-in at about 10pm for a night’s stay. Only hotel to provide one litre of water per person. So grateful for this detail since tap water isn’t drinkable. King bed is comfortable ***** with room size just alright. Air con was alright in my room but super noisy in room 106. We stayed in rooms without windows hence it was quiet. Fast check-in and check-out. Only con is poor location. The road outside always jam compared to other hotels.

Good location

I was very satisfied as it was close to Deli Connaught Place. Both the front desk and staff were very friendly.

Hotel property, staff, location, food everything is very good only thing I dislike price of food. It must be reasonable. But I understand in-dining in room is always expensive. Rooms are very good. Dominos, KFC, small restaurants are very close to hotel. Best wishes.

Hotel is very clean, staff are very nice and they have fast services & Special thank to Mr.kim and Sanjeev for there excellent services, would recommend this hotel and train station is really nearby around 1 km only, and the hotel itself is very clean. And hygienic.

This hotel is located in a very busy area. There is a constant traffic jam to come and go from here. Walking around is not possible because the sidewalks are filled with everything but comfortable space to walk. There is constant honking on the road so it is not pleasant to walk more than a few minutes. If you stay here, you need to plan on extra time and getting a taxi to go elsewhere. The hotel is simple but clean and well-maintained. Everything was working properly and was well kept. The lobby is pretty. The exterior of the hotel does not do the interior justice. We were a little nervous when we drove up to the hotel in that hectic and dirty street. But once we walked in, we felt very comfortable. We had no issues with our room. The AC sound is a perfect white noise because it drowns out the outside noise. We were on the first floor but even at the back of the building, there was noise at night. The staff at this hotel was extremely polite and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food available. We had dinner here one night. The only dish I would recommend from what we ate is the chicken biryani. It was very tasty even at room temperature the next morning. Overall, if you want to be in this neighborhood and can handle the traffic, this is a perfect hotel. Don’t plan to walk to even Connaught place. I would recommend it based on service and comfort.

Few points to improve on, 1. A bit noisy AC 2. Food taste 3. Set top box throwing error due to weather issues for few channels Value for money. Great location. Great interior(marble, furniture, bath fittings, in-room facilities). Good combo-meals

The room was excellent. The service and breakfast options were great. Will happily stay here again on next trip to delhi

This was my first experience in best western hotel and it was very good mainly I love the nature of staff he is very caring and polite it is very good for family and business good service and food, staff is very polite and Cooperative. Thank you Western Darbar for making my trip unique

This hotel offers a comfortable room with calm and quiet atmosphere throughout. It’s exactly what I expect from Best Western. I wish they were all this nice. I’ve stayed at dozens of different BW. Clean, secure, modern hotel. Bright and spacious rooms with excellent bed, TV, wifi, hot water, electric kettle, bottled water, etc. Some rooms have no windows. I specified a quiet room and was very OK with that. Attentive staff that make your stay a pleasure. I tried the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was not disappointed. Tasty traditional Indian breakfast offerings. Healthy food. Fresh made omelettes. Great deal at less than 6 bucks. Hotel is close to airport express metro/Railway Station. Prepare for taxi/rickshaw touts. Touts tried to scam me. Busy and interesting neighbourhood with lots of places to eat. Thanks to Mr Singh and his wonderful staff.

I stayed for almost a week at this hotel. Yes the neighbourhood is very noisy and traffic prone, but it was a very pleasant and a peaceful stay. Great food and in-room dining service. Chef Manas, Mukul and all staff members were very helpful and courteous.
