Very nice and comfortable experience with service of Ankit Kumar. The best chai te i've ever drink! Relax and very calm location. Also the hotel Is very clean and all people are very polite. Super experience! I raccomand Bloom boutique for a trip in Delhi!

I am very Happy to have chosen Bloom Boutique as the rooms have everything you need, the bed Is spacious and comfortable. The staff Is very kind especially Ankit that Is Always helping us with whatever we Need. I reccomend this hotel if you want to feel like home. You can also ask for food delivery in the room, very good!

Expected very basic and cheap, and after the lobby and check in experience that is where my expectations were going. BUT…the room was fantastic, spacious, clean, comfy, great shower, good value and a great retreat. Breakfast was basic but fine overall, location is very good, several shopping areas close and on a main road so easy to use uber. I’m a Bloom fan now and will stay again.

Had checked in on 22nd June, told front desk already would check out late next day and was ok with 50% charge, next day during check out asked for 2 more hours, was told it would 100% charge, as a rule 10-12 hours over stay is 50% and beyond that is 100%, Rahul- front desk guy was extremely rude,unprofessional should be fired immediately from the service, asked for manager was told that no one is Availble, unhygienic place had rashes all over, please do not visit the place, it’s a strict no no especially GK 1 boutique, worst room, no toiletries, asked for extra bottle of water was told it’s chargeable, pathetic and stinking place, front desk Rahul should be fired and not to be given job anywhere because he is only going to ruin the name of the brand whereas he goes, PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE, I have rashes all over my skin now due to dirty and terrible sheets !!!!

This is the second bloom I’ve stayed at so far in india and I’ve really fallen in love with the convenience and charm. Bloom really does make everything way easier for the customer. The staff and security do everything they can to make you feel welcome and offer great advice of where to go and what to do. Particularly they have a connection to someone who can help those with guided tours travel inclusive if anyone wanted to go see the sights in Delhi or even the Taj Mahal in Agra, this will be sorted for you if you need. Big thanks to Rahul Madekar and Ompal for their help throughout our stay and the rest of the staff as well.

Amit was very kind, gave a great service,was very respectful with us,we loved the Momos at the restaurant. Very recommended to stay at this hotel, is very clean and has a very good atmosphere. Has everything you need to feel comfortable 😃😃😃
