Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi Reviews

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

Good location near airport and mall. Good breakfast spread too.

A great place to stay when exchanging flights. The hotel team is really great. Very attentive and polite. No wish (and we had some...) remained unanswered. Pool, Spa and Gym: SUPER!

Its a quite experience staying at Pride Plaza Hotel. Room is clean, request what you want and it will be provided. Staff are friendly and location is quite good. There is gym, swimming pool and nearby there is a mini shopping mall that have foods and pub to chill during the night. Will stay there again if im back to Delhi.

Large hotel with good amenities and friendly and very helpful staff, but food is overpriced (for India) there are signs of tear and wear on walls and carpets (not ideal in India) and the room A/C has and incredibly strong smell of mold, so much that I had to change initially allocated room for another one after check-in (both on the 5th floor) that smelled too but a little less. Re-filled bottled (tap) water in rooms instead of complimentary mineral water ones is unbecoming for a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful and relaxing stay at the Pride Plaza Hotel. It’s the perfect location for you to begin or end your time in India. The hotel is located in the heart of Aerocity only 5 minutes from the airport, there’s a variety of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep.

Staffs are friendly and the place is clean. Coming back for sure.

TBH I think this hotel is bit overpriced. However I'm not sure if that's the average charges for all these airports near to New Delhi Airport.  Location : Good, near to airport  Room : Good, clean, spacious Service : All of the snacks in the room come at additional charges. There's nothing much to eat nearby, and I think the hotel meal comes at a high price too. 

Great service...friendly staff and great food..had issue with noisy guests...but it was promptly taken care by the staff.

Other service was excellent. Food is good. Only issue was shower temperature was not hot.

Very convenient to get to/from the airport. Rooms were clean.
